Why is Nexus 5 the best android phone?

  • First of all it is from google.
  • Secondly it gives us pure android experience.
  • You can get regular updates from google.
  • Lastly its the cheaper than any other smartphone having same specs.

Now let us get to our main point of rooting, if you are rooting your android phone you must be knowing its benefits of rooting your Nexus 5 and its effects on warranty though I want to revise them for you.

  1. Get full control of your device.
  2. Automate everything.
  3. Get the most out of your phone’s processor.
  4. Boost your phone’s battery life.
  5. Block ads( Though its not advisable, because developers get demotivated and ads are the only source for them to earn.
  6. Install custom roms and kernels.
  7. Customize your phone to with lots and lots of tweaks.

But there are some disadvantages too. One of the is that your warranty gets void due to rooting but fortunately you can regain it by unrooting your phone 🙂

Now here are some requirements for rooting nexus 5:

1) Install USB Driver for Nexus 5 for file transfer.

2) Enable USB Debugging Mode  Firstly Navigate to Settings then get into About phone. Then tap on Build Number several times until the message appears saying, You are now a Developer. Then go to Developer Options to enable USB Debugging Mode.]

3) Rooting will wipe out all your data so you can use some apps like My Backup to backup and restore data.

4) Your phone should be charged upto 60%.

5) The bootloader of Nexus 5 should be unlocked. You can visit this link for step-by-step guide to unlock boot loader of Nexus 5.
